A fitness center does not get any better . Coach John has taught discipline though a daily routine and practice . This coach is so knowledgeable and shares his knowledge through his day to day practice and program. Everyday is a new fitness challenge. You never get bored through routine here, not at all. Im 64 and I am stronger more agile than I have ever been in my life. Im so grateful for his guidance and support. We have a family at Kalos Sthenos Strength through discipline

Kalos Sthenos Fitness has become an integral part of my daily routine. I have been working out at KSF for over 4 years now. Coach John is exceptional with his daily and weekly WODs (workout of the day). I am super dedicated and diligent to coming in and working out. Coach John, and my other workout buddies, help make me want to push myself to attend at least 5x a week, if not six. Not only do I look and feel better, but it definitely gets my day off to a great start. If I dont do my morning workout, I feel like I am missing something! Ive been a member of Kalos Sthenos about three years and enjoy learning and working out here. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional and look out for their members best interest.I also appreciate that they have a diverse group from kids groups to senior. If youre looking for a nice gym and great community this is the one.
