Horrible service department. Robbed me of $3000 to take apart my engine and then said warranty wont cover it, and when I picked the car up they broke my front bumper, my right side brake rotors are rusted, left all of the engine parts in the back of the car in oily boxes that will stain the interior and also left the car a mess with no mats.

My son bought a haundai from westlake was having an engine sputter after 6months they said it was fixed . It kept happening They said take it to Valencia Haundai. He did They say motor is broke. charged 3000$ to tear it down then say it's not under warranty here is your car literally in pieces no joke. They broke the bumper left the battery on the seats. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS

Rude service counter worker. Was upset cause we were lost and slammed a door when asked to show us where to go and gave a lot of attitude when speaking.
