I called last week to book an appointment but Sofya was fully booked. Today I received a call from her because her 11am appointment canceled. It was fate! It was my first time coming to Sofya's and I felt as if I'd been going there for years. The entire time it felt as if the service was being provided by family not a person I just met. I can truly see what sets this business apart from others. Sofya truly cares about her customers, takes the time to get to know who you are as a person, and even shares her wealth of knowledge. I made sure to book my appointment before leaving since I know she is always fully booked. I had a facial done and my skin looks and feels amazing.
I look forward to trying other services at Sofya's.

By far the very best! I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. Both Sofya and Anna know their stuff. I always walk away feeling so pampered and care for!
