Super late but came into ulta last month to get new makeup for my whole face & ASHLEY was super helpful and amazing! She took her time with me and made sure everything i got was the right color and quality! Thank you Ashley

Erica and Sienna assisted my mother and I during our recent visit to the store. We were purchasing a few items and were having some trouble applying some rewards. Erica and Sienna immediately addressed our concerns and went the extra mile to make sure we were able to get any benefits with the purchase of our items. They were both just so understanding and reasonable about our requests. Generally, the customer service was wonderfuleveryone wasErica and Sienna treated us with such kindness and consideration, as customers and as people. I think that kind of customer service is incredibly valuable and harder to find. So, this is a long-winded way of saying THANK YOU to the team and those two women in particular who helped us, thank you Erica and Sienna!!!

When I say Run I mean RUN AWAY. The scheduling online is great and the people may be nice but they are awful are styling hair. I guess that's why they work here. I chose ULTA as a last minute option for my engagement photos. A pretty important event. So many things went wrong through the appointment I don't know where to start. I had to help my own stylist with what to do. So Just imagine a relaxing salon visit just became STRESS. This was the last thing I needed on a day of pampering. The stylist literally BURNT my hair. Curling the same piece OVER and OVER. Not to mention he sprayed hairspray on my hair prior to curling. Spraying and frying my hair every piece. The style didn't stay and looked unpresentable for the occasion. He even told me as I was rushing to leave well you're not going to see the back. " I was insecure through my photos and had to keep asking if my extension was showing because those were not placed correctly either. I brought my concerns to the manager Erika at the store who seemed to understand my point but when checking with the salon manager a service was performed and all they could do was offer discounts after going back and fourth with them for a few days, I settled. Your refund does not even cover a new hair product to treat my damaged hair nor does it pay for the hair cut I had to remove what the stylist fried when I just got my hair trimmed 4 weeks ago. That was a slap in the face. Whether service was performed or not the stylist was incapable of providing service and was not knowledgeable. I should not have had to pay for a service that looked unpresentable upon leaving your salon. NEVER EVER AGAIN. RUN.
