My shopping experience was pretty dismal - I actually got sass today from one of the young ladies - the store is dirty - one of the sliding doors to gardening was busted and the employees had the nearby one fenced off for forklift - I asked for a manager - no answer - not sure how long this store will be open given the staffing they have - HD not what it used to be

I went to make a key for my car and it was surprisingly cheap for a key with a chip and the service was great he told me how i had to program the key

Customer service over the phone provided wrong information. Waited in line while the staff was too busy speaking amongst each other only to tell me they cant help me or didnt even attempt to provide a recommendation. Staff member looked at me dumbfounded for even bringing up my question to which was directed by their over the phone support team.
