Established in 1989. Established in 1989 Lexus launched its new way of operating in 1989, forever changing the expectations of luxury car guests. The Penske Motor Group acquired Lexus of Stevens Creek in August, 2002. Since then Lexus of Stevens Creek has expanded rapidly, and is now the #1 new and used Lexus retailer in Northern California (also actually the largest of all the luxury vehicle brands), and has the largest Service & Parts Department. Why? Because we like to do things "differently" than the usual car business. We're not perfect, and do make mistakes, but we always try to do the right thing, and make up for any mistakes.

exhaust system replacement on my RX400H and advisor Felipe Maramba is awesome.
The reason I only give 3 stars because when I picked up my SUV this morning the gas tank only with half tank, and I remembered it was nearly FULL tank of gas when I towed my SUV to Lexus services center a week ago. It has a very strong perfume smell inside the SUV when I picked it up this morning.(tag# 2205) I have no idea how the strong perfume smell get in to the SUV and half tank of gas missing. I hope the management team read this and make aware of it, so it won't happen to others. Thank you for reading.
