We have had to plan legal action to get our deposit back because these apartments illegally charged us to remodel the bathroom (which was damaged when we moved in) by adding 700 dollars in cleaning fees for things we had already made spotless (according to the move-out walkthrough). Deposit was also illegally returned over a month late. No parking unless you want to pay for it. No guest parking at all. No gate access except for residents (even UPS and FedEx often can't get in and cancelled deliveries frequently). 6 small laundry machines for the entire complex. Lots of sketchy people in the neighborhood so at least there's a permanently locked gate.
PS, the five star review below was written by the manager. I think the owner put him up to it though.

Don't Try to Apply Apartments here WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX no Storage, No Visitor Parking you Need to Pay a Parking Spaces for your car $50 a Space and the Bad things here is My Family Mom,Dad,Brother lives here and I went visiting them no designated Parking lot for Visitors and they tried to Tow My car just Park 30 min. Shake my head, If I can put 0 Star I will do that. AGAIN DON'T TRY TO LIVE HERE I WILL FIND SOMETHING BETTER FOR MY PARENTS.

Great location Super friendly neighborhood. Some who live here for about 18 years and love it.
