        I called for pricing and what specials they were offering and Grant was the one that helped me. He had the best most upbeat attitude and was extremely pleasant to talk to. I never leave reviews but his friendliness through the phone definitely caught my attention. Thank you Grant for just being NICE!

        Grant Blacksun was really helpful, super friendly and had all the information in getting us the best apartment. We are very lucky to find such an amazing apartment in Santa Clara. I don’t know why there were such bad reviews before, but now it’s a great apartment, great the leasing office and I enjoy everything here.
