Do not move here. The cell signal is non-existant (and they don't tell you) , the parking is terrible and they will RIP YOU OFF whe you move out.

Horrible staff communication - except for the outstanding maintenance team. Repeated Water shut offs with no advance notice. They pay a lawnscaping company to spend hours with leaf blowers - total noise disturbance with little to show by way of results - except disturbing residents paying substantial rents. Since the pandemic the on-site leasing office has been locked up and residents get no quality access to any onsite management. Dont be fooled by false claims of on-site management. Residents are definitely not the priority and Essex Property Management has done nothing to remedy the situation.

The manager, office staff and maintenance, here, are Outstanding and, they are Especially kind, patient and attentive to elders, and kids. It was this way 10 to 12 years ago, and it still is, excellent apartments, staff and neighbors. Great community. Highly recommend.

My family and I have been greatful to be so close to our church COV and the only real complaint I have is a neighbor that tends to make comments about me when walking by she also peeks into my padio area but I'm considering getting bamboo for mine and my family's privacy if management will allow it... Our maintenance is amazing and very nice, this is a wonderful place for children, but when we moved in I thought it would be clean and after only 10 minutes of my baby being on the floor I picked her up and her hands, knee's and feet were black as knight. I just put her in the shower and swept and mopped, so greatful to have good heating and air, and washer and dryer. I plan to be here a long time and as for my neibor I pray that she gets to be so financially comfortable that she buys a lovely home of her own. I am happy to have all that my family needs here and after a year the rent was only raised about $75, management doesn't immediately respond but are very reliable for repairs.
