        I have been to all the TMobile stores in Santa Barbara and Goleta, and this one by far is the best. The customer service is excellent every time. There is a gentleman named Philip, who I think is a manager, who goes above and beyond to make sure that you leave the store feeling better than when you came in , especially when it comes to fixing or replacing your devices.

        Wanted to acknowledge Giselle for her superb customer care. She assisted me in resetting doing a reset on my phone and partly in some pin issues w/ the carrier.She had an answer for every question and a solution for every problem. Thanks for making the process enjoyable.

        Adam was a real jerk. Super rude and condescending. Zero customer service and made me want to quit my service. Dont go to this store. And probably get a better carrier. T-mobile sucks in Santa Barbara anyways. Not worth the rude customer care!
