        Eric at Ians exceeded my expectations. As someone who doesnt know much about cars, it was so helpful to speak with someone so knowledgeable and patient. They took such great care of my car; gave me an extremely fair price on an oil change + tire rotation + they balanced my tires. Will not be going to any other auto shops after my experience at Ians! Theyve won my business on all the car things!

        Needed new tires for my Eclipse and some folks I help recommended Ian's Tire & Auto Repair. So I went there two days ago in the heavy rain, and the entire experience was great and I learned a few things. Ali at the counter greeted me with a smile, and exuded excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Eric the manager is polished and took the time to ride with me to ensure my tires were balanced correctly... An employee at Costco Tire even recommended Ian's Tire & Auto Repair, which pretty much sold me on them; And so, I'm recommending them to YOU, if you ever need tires or auto work done.
