        Great location, 5-10 mins walk to college. Noisy in the weekend with parties but I dont really mind. With the rental here, I would expect better management with trash, cleanliness of the common area like stairs, walking area and carpark area and most importantly clean laundry machines that actually work. The covered carpark is a plus. With the annual car park fee, the management should hire a better cleaning company to clean and remove unwanted planks, trash and cans at the carpark area. It will surely be a 5 star place if they are able to keep the place clean and less people from outside to come and use the laundry room.
