        Rancho Franciscan is a wonderful community for seniors. Our management and maintenance team are spectacular. Oscar Funez, our onsite manager and our solo maintenance man, and Armando Ramos always execute specific requests promptly and expertly. Highest praise all round.

        After being out of my apartment almost 3 weeks the movers who replaced the furniture didnt align my bed correctly. Armando by himself made necessary adjustments to correctly place the bed which is adjustable and heavy. His dedication to helping residents is greatly appreciated and makes our lives easier. Thank you Armando.
