Don't waste your time here for any customer service. I was told to come for an on-site refill by another air gas location, and upon arrival, they were more worried about who told me the info than taking care of the issue.
NO SAME DAY / ON SITE REFILLS
NO REFILLS WHILE YOU WAIT
No matter which Air Gas employee you called or who you have spoken to in person.

Humberto is the man! Theyre always very customer-service focused here. In the chance I didnt order in time through my account, they can still make it happen and get my CO2.
Plenty of stock, easy to get to, good place to get welding equipment and gases.

Stopped in to check on the price of an argon refill. Weird vibe like I was interrupting.. Asked the price. Kinda shocked. 35-40% higher than other locals. I don't get it. They must have their customers that are contracted or something. Went elsewhere.

Beware of Efrain Garcia he adds double charges to your account . Billed me triple what I pay for co2 when called for correction he gave me the run around for 2 weeks and still no solution. Avoid this place and go to the placentia branch different service there. Run away before you swipe your card....
