Worst supplier ever, They tell you dates and lie, The whole staff is lazy and incompetent.And it all starts with the manager running the shop.She's an idiot.

Terrible service, I arrived with 3 tanks of gas for welding and the employee told me to take them down and that I had to carry them back because they were not allowed to unload or load them. Logically, they are very heavy, empty, full, they are much heavier and I could not buy the gas. Why wasn't there anyone to help me at all? I recommend this place.

Giving wrong information and lying Called a few days ago asking about replacing cylinders. Asked the gentleman that we had different ones but needed certain ones. He said no problem we just charge a bit more to swap them out. Went in today and all of sudden they said they cant. Why tell us yes just to make us drive all the way over there for a no. Should have told us on the phone no. Bad customer service. Dont like being lied to

If I could give these complete asshats a negative star I would.  We had our propane tank fulled on the 17th of February.  To date, we still have NO gas! Spent a whole weekend with no hot water or heat! Temperatures got into the 40s at night! My 93 year old mother was with us, as always.  She was freezing! I spent most of Friday the 3rd calling airgas to have someone come and service the tank before the weekend.. these mother fuckers kept hanging up on me, not answering my calls, put on hold forever.  Never once did they actually do their fucking jobs! They said they would "escalate " the situation... welp, we still have a full tank that we can't use! Not one fucking phone call from them! The level of stupidity and incompetence is fucking outstanding! The lack of customer service is immeasurable! The sense of urgency is nonexistent! I will be contacting the BBB this is totally unacceptable! Fuck you airgas! You'll never get my business again.

Worst customer service I've dealt with in years. I send my guy there to get some grinder Wheels they absolutely gave us the completely wrong ones. They refused to refund me the money. Unless I had the exact same card that was used to purchase them. Also won't change out bottles you can't upgrade you can't do nothing. So I won't be going here anymore.
