It seems plausible that the sole source of this companys 5-star reviews could be friends and family, as our experience as tenants starkly contrasts such high ratings. We occupied a space in one of their buildings on Gothard and encountered persistent communication issues. Calls, messages, and emails went unanswered, leaving us feeling disregarded and frustrated. After 8 long years, our attempts to reach someoneanyoneto discuss our intention to move out proved futile. Left with no alternative, we finally vacated the premises and tried to inform the owner through the listing agent of our departure. To add to our vexation, we misplaced our deposit check. Predictably, our efforts to contact anyone for resolution have been met with silence. Our point of contact, Dan O'Hare, remains non-responsive. I have been in business for over two decades and have engaged in numerous lease agreements. I can affirmatively state that this is the most unprofessional and poorly managed company Ive ever dealt with. The lack of basic courtesy and responsiveness is appalling. Potential tenants should proceed with extreme caution when considering leasing a property managed by this company.
