In 2023, our Association was assigned three different MCM property managers, which isn't reasonable for continuity and effectiveness. At one point, Kim Hansele, the owner, assumed the role as our property manager. She NEVER once returned our phone calls and NEVER answered correspondence. Now, the newly assigned property manager does NOT communicate either. It is our experience that MCM is skilled at disrespecting owners, not returning calls, not answering correspondence and notoriously over promises and under delivers.

You could not make a worse choice in a management company. All the posts about this companys professional negligence and bullying are consistent with my 2+ year experience with them. The bullying is not just used against the homeowners, but against board members. Even if you are a board member, you won't get help from the LLC's managing member, Kim Hansele. When the professional negligence is challenged, manager bullying escalates to threats. I was threatened twice with liability by manager Barbara Dugan if I made her mistakes and malevolent behavior known to homeowners. I requested mediation. Owner Kim Hansele never responded to my letters or the mediator's requests for Millennium to engage in conflict resolution. When our board President wouldn't succumb to a manager's bullying, she quit. Millennium left us without a manager until we finally fired them.

Big money spenders .  Many unnecessary improvements from companies we never heard of.  Difficulty speaking to corporate office
