        Placed an order online and had to wait 15 min to get my pizza. Ridiculous. Would've been satisfied if they offered a discount. * Update* I tried to give them another chance (3rd chance). I arrived to pick up my pizza and they gave my pizza to a different client. Had to wait another 15 min to get my pizza. Never coming back.

        I was pretty impressed with the Melts! Quick service. Had the munchies and the pizza dipping sauce was good also. I will come back for more and maybe order a pizza

        Food is always great here ,5 stars goes to the food only no problems with that , even tho I specifically asked for extra cheese last time didnt get put on my pizza but got charged for it ,, anyways the main problem I have is with the call routing to the dumb and rude people in Texas who keep on hanging up on me for no reason , like why cant the store answer it ? Why doesnt the stores phone ring first , and then if nobody answers , then transfer me to the idiots over there , not just automatically transfer me to them this is ridiculous what is this AT&T or is this Pizza Hut ?
