They tend to do a good job of keeping available on the Internet all of Ayn Rand's works, as well as lectures that she and other objectivist intellectuals (such as Dr. Leonard Peikoff) gave throughout their careers, but they are not professional when it comes to attending. queries from the Objectivist public. One day I reported to them (in English) a problem with the recording of "The Philosophy of Objectivism"; It's been a year and a half and they haven't answered or fixed it! It is a shame because that conference is, in Rand's own words, the only authorized presentation of the complete theoretical structure of Objectivism. At a conference I attended, I was convinced by their CEO Tal Tsfany to ask more details about a scholarship they offer for their Ayn Rand University. He put me in contact with a person in charge of the scholarship program, and it took 3 months for him to respond and he did not give me the information; I didn't even want to enter his institute anymore! Although Mr Tsfany was very friendly and attentive, the rest of the team is not up to par. If this is how they treat those who are interested, I don't want to know what they are like when they already have your money. I guess all the money they receive from donations and tuition goes into sending Yaron Brook on world tours year after year non-stop, and they don't invest enough in the rest of the areas. Wasting opportunities to exchange value for value is not typical of Objectivists
