Ive applied for several loans with Nathan Carpenter over the past few years years with great success. Approximately three years ago I tried to refinance my personal residence with the Bank of America and after six months of supplying copious documents, the bank told me that our tax return was too complicated. I then called Nathan who has able to find a lender that was willing to make a jumbo loan at a very competitive rate. As a loan broker, Nathan has access to numerous lenders versus a bank that deals with one lender and one inflexible set of requirements. Ill call Nathan first the next time which will save me a lot of time and work.
