Not swift ; not sure if you consider closing on time , keeping their word and communicating. They took a week past the contract date and knew how long it would tKe but would not communicate that info. If they had just been honest, it would not have been so bad . But the would not respond to my escrow agent.. Absolutely minimal communication...only after repeated requests for info did we get any response at all....then most of the time it was not the full truth. Not a fan!!!

Not only were they silent throughout the loan process...they delayed and delayed and delayed...6 days after contract date...never giving a firm date during the process...leading the parties to believe that they would complete things the next day. Sooooooo frustrating. But THEN the cherry on the cake....they loan officer/processor was unbelievably rude and insulting to my escrow officer who printed the documents at 4:30 am to accommodate the sellers schedule since the lender got her the docs after 8:30 pm the night before. We rescheduled closing 3 times because of the lack of communication by this lender. I think you have a lot of nerve putting the claims in your website about responsiveness and turnaround time!!! Absolutely false in our experience.
