This place does not deserve 1 star!! Do not bring your phone here they will destroy it and tell you it's your fault. I brought in a working s23 ultra with a cracked screen around noon. Jonathan inspected it for any other damages and then stated it would only need a screen. I was told by Jonathan it would take 3-4 hours and the phone will be ready to go. [ at no point was I told that the phone could be left inoperable due to the repair] I receive a call around 3 stating that the motherboard is now fried and the phone cannot be used at all now. Fuethermore, the phone is not repairable...I stated the phone was in working condition and you even verified that when I showed up. Jonathan just stated that it happens and there's nothing ubreakifix can do about it. I then asked him to put the original screen on to which he stated he already did and it still doesn't work. Reiterating that we need to come get the now inoperable phone. I rush in and confront him in person asking for a manager. To which he replied ( the managed (carlos) hasn't been replying to me all day so it won't do you any good ).. seriously? I then mentioned that ubreakifix policy [t.o.s #10] states that they will replace or fix any damages caused by their technicians. To which Jonathan replied " we don't have any phones, what do you expect me to do? " I continued to get rude remarks and interrupted the entire conversation. He consistantly denied to provide any proof that they damaged the phone or even a simple receipt. After asking him to simply fix the phone since the damages were obviously cause by their negligence and we need a phone. To which he replied "it is your responsibility to resolve the damages ubreakifix caused. " how is it my responsibility to fix your mistakes?!?! Absolutely horrible business practices. No accountability for their own negligence. Absolute headache to deal with. Do not waste your time here. You will regret it!! I will be reporting this location to the better business bureau. Hopefully they finally get held accountable for their actions. Not sure how a repair facility can take a working device, break it, then return it to the customer telling them to fix it themselves. That's literally what you get paid to do...

I took my switch for repair 3 weeks ago. At that time, someone told me that I only need to wait 2 weeks, but today is already the third week. I called countless times in the past few days to ask when it would be repaired, but nothing happened. There was no reply. When I went directly to the store today, they said, I got your switch back this morning but it was not repaired. It was a waste of my time and the service attitude was very bad.
