I attended Fairmont North Tustin for junior high. My teachers were amazing, and helped me discover my strengths and talents. They set me up to be successful for high school, college, and beyond. Now, 11 years later, I am back as a part of the school faculty. I have been given the opportunity to give back to the school that gave me so much. The number one goal at Fairmont North Tustin is to provide each child with the best possible education experience. Every member of the campus, including administrators, teachers, and staff, share this vision. It empowers us all to put the child first in every decision we make. I am lucky to work in a school with such a vibrant and positive community of educators. Our families trust us to take care of their children for as long as they're on our campus, and that is a promise we strive to fulfill each day we come to work.

Our daughter has been at Fairmont North Tustin since Pre-school and the positive environment has enabled her to thrive in academics, sports, arts, philanthropy, student government, debate, and other enrichment activities. The class sizes are small so everyone can get to know one another. The teachers are dedicated and can deliver a higher level of individual attention than schools with much larger class sizes. Access to the administration is very easy and I have found that they are always very professional, caring and are immediately responsive to any issue brought by parents. I would highly recommend Fairmont Private Schools to parents that are looking to give their children a developmental advantage in life. Fairmont Parent for 11 years

    - Campus plagued with never-ending issues over the past few years (employee, security, bullying, need of repairs, ...) - The employee turnover rate is shocking. CEO replacement, campus director replacement, multiple director replacements, teachers resignations and firings, camp directors replacements, counselors let go, it never stops. - Several teachers (despite their loyalty to the school and appreciation from both parents and children) have been removed from their position even while teaching and escorted out. No real explanation provided by the school. - Every single year, some teachers quit a few days or weeks after school just starts! - Security guards in uniforms recently showed up in front of the campus for unclear reasons. - Total secrecy from the administration when any event happens, sending "everything is fine and we love your children" condescending e-mails causing growing concerns within parents wondering what is really going on. - Parent's association is a farce. Its president is the school CEO! Parents members have no say in important school matters such as security, teachers reviews, food choices for the kids, parents/administration communication, outside activities, etc. The association just puts together fund raisers for educational tools the school fails to purchase despite the bloated and ever-increasing tuition fee and the recent "mandatory technology fee". - Parents not given the ability to provide wish for new teacher assignment, and no explanation is given as of how choices were made, also causing parent's anger. - Instead of acknowledging and addressing the concerns (for example by having conferences where parents can ask questions and receive honest answers from school management) the school is dismissing the concerns and regularly ask parents to post positive reviews in social media and vote Fairmont for "best school in OC"!
