Brian J. Soo-Hoo is the best lawyer in the universe. I consulted several Lawyers only him was able to solve my case. Very responsive, Very professional and his staff Maria was very prompt to work with. I am speechless to describe how much I appreciate Mr. Brian. I recommend him highly my case was special case and complicated and he was just on top of everything.

For a complex bankruptcy case, I would not recommend Brian. Brian's direct legal advice to under report one of my debts in my Schedule caused me to receive a Motion to Dismiss from the US Trustee. I was mentally grasping with Ch 13, and the concept that for the next 5 years of my life having my finances controlled by the Bk Trustee, when I decided to get another opinion, and this attorney pointed out Brian's poor legal advice. I Substituted Brian out for the other bankruptcy attorney, who amended my Schedule, and thankfully the UST voluntarily withdrew their Motion to Dismiss and my Ch 7  was discharged. If you have an uncomplicated, straightforward Ch 7, Brian can probably handle it and do a great job. He answers questions, is kind, and patient (which is why I feel the 3 star rating is justified). I think Brian's only flaw in my situation was taking on a complex case that was beyond his skill set.
