        I ordered extra sweet and sour sauce with my meal because 3 sauces is not enough for 20 nuggets. I placed the order on your mobile app and happy to pay extra, like I do at other locations. Your location decided to charge me 0.00, and not give me the sauces. When I asked the employee, she looked at my receipt, said the app charged me 0.00 for the extra sauces so she cannot give them to me. I said its not my fault your app charged me 0.00 but I ordered it she said she would give me the sauces after I placed a new order to pay for the 2 extra sauces with her. I was so embarrassed because Mobile was the only form of payment I had available. It is in my order history that I have paid for my 2 extra sauces every other order when your system worked. This is the most ridiculous incident I have ever had at McDonalds or any restaurant.
