Came here a couple of days ago, I usually go to the one in Tustin and let me just say that Im going to stick to the one in Tustin even if its a further drive. Initially I was planning on dining in but once I saw that most of the tables were dirty as well as the floor I decided to change my order to go. It seemed to be pretty slow for it to be that dirty and the two girls at the registers were just talking. To make things worst l, I asked for beef in my burrito and got chicken instead. Later I noticed that they charged me for chicken, would have been nice if they would have repeated my order, but I should have checked my receipt as well. Overall it seemed like they wanted me out of there since they just kept talking until I got my order. Sad.

I only docked one star because the burritos weren't clearly labeled so my coworker and I had to open the burritos to see what was what and it caused them to be very messy and fall apart. Otherwise that was a darn good burrito and a great size! Take a buddy and get the 2 for ten beef or chicken burritos. That's what we did and it was perfect for lunch. A few chips and a drink and for less than 10$ had a good sized lunch. Food tasted good too and fountain drink options were all working and tasted good. Been following Miguel's since the OG 6th street walk up station. Love these guys. Always fresh food local business chain.
Parking: It's a shared lot with plenty of spots. I am in a service truck dually and had room for doors and such
Kid-friendliness: Saw a little drop it's soda right after filling it at the soft drink station and right away an employee grabbed a new cup and a mop to clean it and give the kiddo a fresh cup to get a new drink. May not have a play area or some sort of screen to suck a kid into but has a great family experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entry door has a flat ramp for handicap persons

Miguels is one of the best food in Santa Ana I love the bean and cheese burrito and traditional tacos . This one employee her name is Samantha she did me right, gave my food right and delicious and fast shes one of the best I know!!
