I had my silver necklace fixed due to broken necklace chain. Jenny told me she had to cut the small piece attached to the lock. I asked what she would do with the cut small piece, she said she would give it back to me. She said she would call me if ready to be picked up. I waited more than a week, no calls. I called and I got the necklace fixed but I asked for the broken small piece, she just said " it's not here" She avoided eye contact with me and continued on what she was repairing. I won't go back here again for a jewelry repair..can't trust her..

Don't bring your things. These people break things down and then they want to charge you for the fix. I only brought my watch to change the battery and they took it out. And I took them but they chased me away saying it wasn't their fault.

Horrible the woman there doesnt know how to handle hand watches, took mine for a battery change and she brought my watch back all scratched and broken and still wanted to charge me 50$ for her own damage to my watch terrible shop!

I would not recommend this place I brought my watch to replace battery but in the process she broke the stem and charge me for the parts to fix it. Scam
