Came for their grand opening! I was helped by Chris I asked him about a shoes that just came out they didnt have it but he went above and beyond called a some local stores and was able to get the shoes I wanted and Im super excited. The customer service is was exceptional and he went out of his way to hook me up! Also got some Aaliyah shirts that my nieces loved. Thank you so much Chris and Hibbett. Im so glad theres one in Santa Ana will be coming back soon.

I had a terrible experience at this store purchasing sneakers on: 02/17/2024 this cashier by the name: Andrew (salesperson 213560) would not accept my $10 reward I had on my app, and engaged in an argument with me where he wouldnt listen, I tried to explain him several times that I had earned those points-rewards buying from Hibbett and I had used my reward before several times and in different stores and never had any problems, even on new releases like this one, I asked him to show me where and what part of the reward stated what he tried to use as an excuse, but he just continued arguing with me. I am so dissatisfied & disappointed with this customer service, I will never come back to this store, will never use it anymore, I love Hibbett never had any problems before, I have made several purchases at this location but not anymore, and I hope corporate looks into this kind of behavior and retrain these employees. When I asked for a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor, I asked him to give me his full name which he refused, but I looked at the receipt and found his employee name & identification#. I just hope other people are able to use their rewards which they earned spending money with Hibbett without having any problems like me, Thanks,
