        No wonder they're struggling! Their selection is a shadow of what I remember in the glory days, but I don't know how they can improve it when they're struggling financially. They're caught in a downward spiral and I seriously doubt this will end well. Too bad I couldn't even find anything worth spending my gift card on.

        Inventory was low, maybe due to being after Christmas, so did not find what Iwas looking for. Store was clean and well organized.

        I ordered an espresso maker online, full-price/new. I pick it up, open it at home, and it's clearly been used. The sides are scruffed up, there's coffee grounds all over the machine, and the tape on the sides had been opened and retaped. This is unacceptable; opened, used items should not be sold as new.
