Evolution Landscaping and Plumbing is the vendor hired by the community I live in Pinnacle at Talega to maintain the landscaping throughout both properties.
The workers (gardeners) show zero respect for the residents that live here, including myself. They’ve damaged cars with their equipment and do not accept responsibility. They harass the residents that live here, stand around in crowds and point and laugh and smirk at us out of retaliation. Most recently one of the workers blew leaves in the face of a 14 year old girl with his leaf blower. They park their vehicles in our reserved spots that we pay for monthly and refuse to move, stating “we work here we can park wherever we want”. They park in the red zone (fire lane) and in front of our garages blocking us in. They have yelled profanities at us that I can not repeat in this post due to the severity of offensiveness.
This weekend an incident ended with one of the workers pushing me. The police were called and charges are being pressed. This is the most disgusting company I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT HIRE THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT!
