Any and all dresses they have in store are available online, just Google the number on dress tag and the name of the dress model. You'll find tons of retailers that ship for free and allow returns. This place is terrible. They upcharge for dresses, and don't communicate when they're coming in, and they order whatever the heck they want without telling you. They're also fatphobic. My friend tried on a size 16  and she almost fit, literally zipped up and had half an inch left over so they recommended sizing up. She ordered a size 18 and it came in even smaller? They couldn't even zip up the dress, and the attendant had the audacity to say, "Maybe you just gained weight." I don't care if you actually believe that someone can go from almost fitting a 16 to breaking out of an 18, your job is to provide solutions, not fatshame. They charged my friend extra to let the seams loose and to stitch in extra straps so she could make it fit. The dress ALSO was almost late! It came in one week before the quince we were going to, and it took them a week to resolve the issue. She had to pick up the dress the morning of the quince. Did I mention they don't allow returns and they upcharge on tailoring as well?
