HORRIBLE!!!! I had a custom made Mother-of-the-Bride dress here for $250 at the Main Place Mall Location Two fittings later the results were the WORST... Cheap fabric, unlined, the sleeves and the shoulders were tight, the lace had seams that were visible and appeared uneven and unfinished and the lace also had snags. I left the dress there. I don't think they will be able to sell it for $5. I will never wear it and don't know anyone who would wear such awfulness. I was too embarrassed to even bring it home. I paid them $250 in good faith and they did not even offer a refund of any amount. I have one week to find a dress for my daughters wedding.

When I opted to buy a simple wedding dress (online) I knew I needed something to make it unique. I found a beautiful cape online, but it was out of my budget, and felt I could have a custom made version made for my wedding. That's where the Genesis Bridal team came in and completed exceed my expectations. I showed Lilia, the owner, and the seamstress the cape I found online and they said they could make something similar, not a problem. A few weeks later I get a text from Lilia with photos of 6 different fabric options & I am SO happy with the one we ended up going with. It came out absolutely beautiful and made my wedding dress perfect. They are such a wonderful team, I even came back again to make a few alterations to the original cape for my church wedding. I highly recommend going to Genesis for any of your custom made dresses & will use them again in the future. ¡MUCHISIMAS GRACIAS LILIA!

Never coming back to this place. Had me waiting the longest when they said the dress was going to be ready at a exact time.
