South Coast Racquet Club Apartments

I've been a resident here for about 4 years. The first set of managers were ok but the current set is amazing. Prime has made this property totally premier at a reasonable price. Especially, Stephanie the office manager and Freddie the maintenance lead. In my opinion, we've got a little slice of paradise. I'm super happy with SCRC.

There is only one person in maintenance who does a very good job and that is why I would recommend that property

I recently submitted a service request to fix my shower. They fixed it in a timely manner by replacing the shower faucet with a brand new one. I'm enjoying hot showers again with the right amount of water pressure. Thank you.

Ive lived here for 7 years & I have to say this is the best management team SCRC has had since I moved in. Adilene is beyond on top of things & is genuinely so nice. You can tell she loves what she does & cares about the residents. Martha is my other favorite, she takes incredible care of the property whether its trash, the laundry rooms, bbqs, shes all over it & again is so incredibly sweet. These two ladies feel like family & thats really what you want when you live somewhere. You cant beat the central location of the apartments either. They just added a basketball hoop to the tennis court which is also very exciting!! Thank you Adilene & Martha for being the best & making living here comfortable :)
