    Very professional. This is the third driveway theyve done for us: 2 in Alameda, 1 in El Cerrito. They scheduled the work very quickly, within a week. They worked very efficiently despite the weather. Michael Barrett was very responsive to all my messages. Very happy with the results.

    I used Mr. Pavers for a project to hardscape my pool and newly constructed ADU. During this period, I told them to coordinate with the pool company so that they would connect the drainage as per the diagrams done by the Pool Company. The Pool company doesn't connect or cover the drainage which runs under the hardscape. At the time they indicated that they had coordinated. Because other construction was delayed the pool completion was delayed. When the pool company restarted their work recently, they found out that the drainage was not connected and actually blocked under the hardscape. Being a reliable customer, I had already paid the balance in full because the delays were related to covid-related unavailability of resources. Now they have refused to come back and finish or remediate their unfinished work. I scheduled a meeting to discuss with them. They missed the meeting without any notice. Then they ghosted me, ignoring my text messages. This is extremely unprofessional. I learned a painful lesson about never paying the residual until the work is complete even if the company is very aggressive in seeking payment and promises that they will warrantee their work appropriately. I felt significant pressure from them, bordering on threatening me to pay in full, and now I very much regret my magnanimity in advancing payment ahead of verification. I strongly advocate not utilizing this company, and instead utilize a more reliable company which is committed to customer service.

    I called the Mr.Pavers and they instantly responded and set up the estimation. Cal Dreyer, design consultant showed up next morning on May 17th Monday and promised the estimation end of the week. Since then I texted him and left message as well as I called the office and left a message for the estimation and no response so far. I am not sure how they are doing a business without any communication with customers. Very disappointed their professionalism and not responsive.
