Artificial Grass Pros

I had horrible uneven grass that wouldn't grow in spots. After thoroughly researching and visiting sites to choose a company to install artificial grass in my backyard, I chose Artificial Grass Pros! Not only did Jason Webb take the time to go through the different options of texture, color, length, but he also took me to visit places he had done work. All the while keeping in mind my budget as well. It's been 8 years now and I still LOVE my grass! It looks beautiful and helps me enjoy my backyard immensely. I also have a standard labradoodle (6 yo) and I have had ZERO issues with her messing it up. She doesn't want to dig at all. Pee goes right through the 4 layers of pebbles. Poop is so much easier cleaning up than real grass. She can use it all year 24/7! I highly recommend this company and Jason!

Poor customer service I originally posted a one star review based on the fact that they send out advertisements saying they can repair grass seams and other issues, but then refused to do the job saying it was not possible.. After my one star review the owner contacted me and said he would send someone to my house to see what could be done.  I greatly appreciated that follow up. However, Afterwards he said the only thing that could be done would be to replace the entire area with new grass. Apparently they cannot really repair seams and also you need the exact same grass to make it work. This of course was not what their mailed advertisements say. Afterwards he asked me to remove the one star review from Yelp saying they had assisted me with a solution. I was told someone would come to my home and give me a formal estimate to replace the grass...no one called and no one showed up !It seems like all they cared about were two things: getting the one star review from Yelp removed and avoiding to do repairs on a small job. Of course it's their business and that is their right, but I think this type of service is shady. To ask to have a bad Yelp removed and then not even show up or call for a work estimate is poor service

Last week Alfonso and crew installed a beautiful front lawn at our home.  They arrived on timeand removed the old lawn...Then they proceeded to install a metal mesh, trim boards, layers of rock, which they compacted.  We wereImpressed with all the preparation that they did prior to the actual installation of the artificial turf.  Thank you to Ron, who provided the initial bid and to Alfonso and crew who made it happen.  We love our new front yard...We highly recommend Artificial Grass Pros.  Norm & Sue Burg

Ron and team did a fantastic job with our backyard. Best in the business. I am a contractor who had high expectations and they delivered! Highly recommended. Quality product. A+ customer service!

Alittle overdue but none the less these guys helped me out of a bad situation where another contractor hacked my putting green. They fixed it and did a awesome job. From the front office to the final product excellent service. Thanks Jason and team
