Be careful when selling gold or estate jewelry to these people. We were told that certain items were unsellable and they could only buy the items for a small value. They then turned around and are trying to sell these "unsellable" items for thousands of dollars. There manager likes to yell and make excuses as well. Not a very pleasant fellow.

Consistently best service for on-the-spot repairs, adjustments and more than reasonable charges. Not to mention their huge stock of lovely, unique jewelry AND cases of estate pieces on sale!

Scam alert!! Do not take a high end watch here for repair!! They will tell you they can fix your watch and take your deposit!! They dont do any repairs in house. Sent my watch to a master watch maker who had it for nearly a month. Then they called me to let me know they cant fix it and I will need to send it back to Omega for repair and cant give me my deposit back as that is no refundable. Total scam! If this is an indication for how they operate, I wouldnt go there for any jewelry needs!! Update: Rick reached out to me and I replied immediately. We discussed and I told him I wasnt happy with the communication from his staff which was misleading nor was I happy with the service I received for $100. This reply from Rick is a boldface lie. Watch out for this business as they are untrustworthy!!
