Bought gold bracelet for my gf. Seemed way overpriced and it was but I figured ehh, lets support the jewelry store trying to make it in a dead mall. The next day when I tried to put it on her it literally fell apart at the initial link. I called him and he said just bring it back and he'll take a look. He told me not the be rough with it. When I brought it back he charged me for repair. It looked like he had welded together it himself. The link was welded to the clip as shown in picture and halfway through the metal link it just bends like it's going to fall apart. Overall just seemed like all he cared about was making a quick buck.

I went to them to have a battery replaced. I called first for price. They said $20. On arrival before handing over the watch I asked again and they said $30. I told them I called. They reduced the price. After this I never went back again.

UNETHICAL salesperson and/or owner, DO NOT TRUST. My 87 yr old mother (has dementia) went in there with her caregiver to look around. They were out walking the mall so my mother could get exercise and stopped in the store. The owner or salesperson showed her some fake pearls. My mother said she wanted to buy them, but her caretaker told her that she should wait until I (her daughter) am able to go with her since it was a large purchase and she was not comfortable with her making this purchase without me. Unlike most salespeople who understand right away when they hear that, this salesperson/owner took advantage of the situation and continued to push the sale onto my mother. The caretaker was so upset that she finally told the salesperson that her client is cognitively impaired and has memory issues so she did not want him to sell the necklace to her and that my mother could come back tomorrow with her daughter, who is also her power of attorney, to make the purchase. The salesperson then proceeded to tell the caretaker that my mother had worked hard for her money and she should be able to spend it any way she likes. Then continued to push my mother to buy the necklace and "oh, let me show you some matching earrings and a ring!" Luckily, my mother just decided to buy the necklace and not the whole set. I went in the next day with a man to back me up and asked to return the necklace and get a full refund. He proceeded to argue with me and tell me that my mother "should not be out and about making purchases if she's not allowed to buy things herself"!!! I told him that it is not up for him to decide what my mother does. Luckily, the man I was with told the salesperson/owner that we don't want to argue, just take the necklace back and give us the refund. The refund is supposed to be in progress, but I will dispute it with the credit card company if it is not refunded. I was so beside myself that he would take advantage of an 87 yr old lady with dementia to make a sale and then argue with me about it, that I asked him if he has a mother and hopefully nobody treats his mother the way he treated mine. Honestly, if I hadn't come in with a man, this man would not have refunded me the sale. He should be ashamed of himself. Totally unethical, immoral man. Do not buy from this store.
