He is willing to think outside the box, does research when necessary, and considers the complete health and lifestyle picture. I call him my "smart doctor."         Dr. Stein has been my rheumatologist for years and while communication and scheduling was always a challenge, I was able to receive the medicine I needed and get regular check-ins. Now, my calls arent returned at all. I cannot get my Rx refilled nor can I schedule an appointment. Perhaps he cancelled me as a patient because I didnt wait more than 30 minutes for him on the zoom call? I wouldnt know, because my calls go unanswered. This feels more than unprofessional and now puts my ability my manage my health at risk. Im extremely disappointed.
