        A tire in my car was about to burst. The manager was under a lot of pressure but he did everything possible and gave me an appointment immediately to make the change of tires in my car although he had no time or staff at that time since someone had not shown up for work he was very friendly very helpful and attentive in addition that it was the cheapest place of all the places in San Rafael I left there within an hour. I will definitely be back there the next time it is necessary. I highly recommend it. Best place thank you!!

        If I could give six stars, I would! Eric was the absolute best, took care of my tire problem in no time and was extremely friendly! Hopefully you dont get a tire problem, but if you do, come here bonafide excellent service and customer care.

        Excellent service. I was tire shopping this weekend and I went to three different places. I was getting wait times up to 6 hours. I called big o tires San Rafael they gave me an appointment and were able to get me in and out in less than an hour. Eric at the desk was amazing. He is genuine and honest. You can tell he really enjoys helping customers and does whats right for them. The two guys who were installing the tires and doing the alignment were really nice. Dont waste your time calling other tire shops this is the place to come.
