I went to get my breaks replaced and I came to find out that the boot was loose. It could have costeira my life if I drove more. They also just want your money. I also had something else replaced, according to a code I got, and I got the same code two months later. I wonder if they even replaced that item or if if reset my code and told me they fixed it. I also barely even drive my vehicle. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SUCH A SCAM! You will regret it If you get services from them.

Drove 25 minutes from Sonoma to come to the Midas in Petaluma. When I arrived at 4:45pm, the store was vacant and nobody was there. Im just genuinely confused. Are you permanently closed? Do you close at 4:30pm instead of 5:30pm now? Why was there no sign on the website or door that said you would be closed?

They lied about doing an oil change and fixing one small part. DID NOTHING AND CHARGED US. Had to take it back again to make sure the work was actually done. ask for pictures or proof of services rendered better yet go to a mom and pop mechanic Service: Oil change
