I was in a bad place, feeling insecure about my weight and how I looked.
Nonetheless, what really did it for me was when my doctor said I had to lose 10% of my body weight in order to help regulate my menstrual cycle. I must say, I've always had irregular periods, ever since forever! After leaving my doctors appointment I knew I had to make changes. But the thought of losing 20lbs seemed unreachable.
I was so frustrated and angry because I had no idea how I could possibly commit to training with my busy schedule. But somehow I left my first meeting feeling ready to commit, and trusting that coach Chris could help me reach my goal.
Coach Chris is amazing! He is positive, encouraging and very knowledgeable. He brought the accountability I needed, without making me feel bad when I didnt delivery. He calls to check in and see how you are doing and is always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns.
Six months later, I am still training with coach Chris and the team. Ive lost more than 20lbs, within the first 2 months and have never felt better about my future. To add, I finally have regular periods now. (Haha) I am so thankful and grateful to be a part of Filosofitness. I have nothing but positive things to say. You will get results if you put in the work and do your part. In the process its uplifting to have someone encouraging you along the way.
