House of Values

I went here today looking for a sofa, the store is well laid out, lots of options, very friendly staff, and no matter how many questions i asked and how annoying i might have been, the team was so nice and answered all my question. They did not pressure me for anything (to be transparent, i did not buy anything), they did try and work with me to give me the best price on what was available. I like this place, and recommend a visit.

House of Values treats customers they way stores used to! We had bought a recliner two years ago. The motion wasn't working anymore. It's been my favorite chair, especially during Covid. I sent Nancy an email that evening and immediately got a response the next day! She sent a man to repair the chair the next day! My favorite chair was fixed! We weren't charged! House of Values has the best prices and also the best customer service! They are a long time family owned business and a treasure to our community. I and my adult children have purchased furniture here for many years. We deeply appreciated their outstanding customer service.

I've been buying furniture through House of Values for years and have always been welcomed with a friendly greeting and excellent service. Nancy, Sabrina, Marisa and Natasha go above and beyond to help customers. I recently purchased bedroom furniture and a coffee table. I had a minor issue with the coffee table and Natasha contacted the manufacturer and resolved the issue quickly. I will always stop at House of Values first before purchasing furniture elsewhere. You can't beat it for price, value, and service.
