This review goes out to our maintenance person, Sean/Shawn. (Not sure how he spells it)  I would definitely consider myself to be a needier tenant. No matter what I threw at Sean/Shawn, he always responded, listened to my complaint and followed through as best as he could. His type of professionalism isn't something I see often anymore and for that I am so thankful! If you're lucky enough to have him working for you or with you, don't let him go!

Mediocre managementThey are aware of their heater issue yet they ignore it and allow their tenants to live through it. Spent over a month without heat during winter. You need to keep the heater on to avoid the obnoxious and loud clanking noise (it gets hot as hell and the noise is similar to getting a wrench and banging it on a pipe) they simply do not care. When offered to bring someone to fix it they tell you no! Please dont bring anyone -Maureen The tenents have complained about the property not being maintained and it goes ignored. Greg Perezs work is based on bad faith and he is unethical! At first glance he appears kind but dont be fooled. Cover yourself!! They had someone amazing who used to manage the property but is no longer with the company. All downhill sadly Cheap, unethical, and overall mediocre management.
