I moved out of this complex a couple months ago, and it was the best decision I have ever made. What an absolute nightmare this place was. Everything was constantly broken, and management couldn't afford to fix anything. It has the facade of luxury living, but it is actually run like an old motel. We can begin with the laundry room with two washers and two dryers for 40 people... one of which was broken and never repaired for weeks. Tons of my clothing was ruined by this 1980's setup. The doors to the stairwell are so heavy that they shake the entire corridor and building when they open and close. Not to mention that the walls are so thin and poorly constructed, I could hear my neighbor ripping the bong at all hours of the night. Good riddance ! And goodbye !

I'm not normally a reviewer, but I've seen a negative review or two for this place and I wanted to just combat that a bit because I feel it's unwarranted. I've lived here for about 9 months. I moved in last July after looking for a bigger place. I first met the property manager (Andrea) on my initial visit. She was helpful and informative and really made me feel like she was excited for me to come live here. From the first day I moved in I've been happy. I love my neighbors. I love the park across the street. I love how most are dog or cat owners and love saying hi to you in passing. I've made great friends here already. If there's an issue with your apartment (luckily I've only had one), Andrea is a text away and is extremely responsive. She's also kind and flexible. It doesn't make sense for me to hear anything but. I can't tell you enough how amazing she's been and how happy I am living here. I would highly highly recommend this place to anyone and am excited to live here for years to come.

The noise levels are incredibly high at this apartment complex because the walls are very thin and the doors are heavily weighted... so you hear every slam, every phone call, every argument, every post argument make up, dogs barking, and deranged tenants screaming at themselves late at night... short story: you feel no privacy or ever at home unfortunately.It would be a great place if the management/leasing agent cared. They don't though. They just collect rent, and "service requests" are largely ignored when you submit them online. If I could go back in time, I wish I never stayed here.

We've been at Mariners West for 1.5 years and look forward to staying even longer. The community is safe and quiet and neighbors are respectful. Great place for anyone with dogs or anyone who enjoys getting outside for a nice walk at the park or a walk along the water right outside your door.The units are a good size with lots of closet space, natural light, and nice updated appliances. The patios are great as well and nicely sized. Before moving to Mariners West, our previous apartment had old thin windows. The windows we have now make all the difference. Not much outside noise to begin with, but the double pane windows are great for sound and temperature control.The kitchen is great with a ton of cabinet space and a huge island/counter. The property manager, Andrea, has been great from the start. No major issues, just a couple minor maintenance requests and she was quick to respond and follow through to make sure everything was handled right away. Overall, really happy with this place and recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing community in a great area.
