Chase Bank

The people that work here are rude and demeaning for no reason. It is bad enough that I drive farther out of my way to go to different chase locations.

The tellers and bankers at this branch are always friendly, helpful and efficient. Chase works well for us.

They messed up some man things but their service is lousy!!!  I went in at about closing time but still had 5 mins left to spare... the lady was trying to hurry me long and was trying to tell me come back  following Monday!  My time is limited. So I can't always return back when it's convenient for Chase!  Maybe it's a cultural differences but they don't know how to do business! I would not recommend banking in their SM office.  Take your money elsewhere... Wells Fargo & Union Bank on Huntington Drive is very decent!

I came into this bank to make deposits and withdrawals. The teller who helped me was named Kelly, and she is the best!!! She took her time to help me and I really enjoyed my experience interacting with her. Thank you, Kelly for the superb customer service.

I love the service at this location. It's always very clean, fast, and easy to park. Overall I do enjoy this branch and recommend. A bank is a bank not much to say, but during these times I've driven past other locations that have huge lines outside and this specific branch is always a breeze and hasn't gotten crazy busy like others so it is my go-to location. Would recommend overall .
