Called Bumper Specialist beginning of the week, they responded immediately. Spoke with Liz about my car & bumper situation. Hugo came & looked at it. By the end of the week, they repaired it & delivered to me! Estimate given was spot on, the service was awesome, Hugo & Liz & crew are professional and friendly! Highly recommend Bumper Specialist, no need to look anywhere else 5 Stars for sure!

I cannot recommend Bumper Specialists enough. Other places wouldn't even entertain the thought of fixing my bumper after I contacted them and said the damage was too extensive. Meanwhile Bumper Specialists got back to me quickly and were completely transparent about what they could do-- and as you can see by the before and after photos, they went above and beyond. Kenny turned it around in a day, and his work is absolutely impeccable. You can trust this business completely. If you have issues with your car body, contact them ASAP. They have a loyal customer in me.

The guy did a good job. I was just surprised when the quote went from $275 for scratch repair to $550 when he said, "oh the $275 was for one side. You have two sides to be repaired." Small scratches but he did work hard for many hours to make my car look nice.
