Amazing team and service. Everyone is attentive and professional. Even though my car was located in LA, they went above and beyond by picking and dropping off my car for me. They respond quickly and were able to coordinate everything within 30 mins. I didnt have to stress out about canceling my plans for the day. It was a very smooth process, I didnt have to worry about following up with my insurance since their wonderful team took care of that! I am very happy with their service and I definitely recommend them.

I had a car emergency and they were able to take care of everything last minute. They provided great service, picked up and dropped off my car for me and updated me often on the process. I had some issues with my insurance and they went the extra step to get what I needed at an affordable price. I highly recommend them, their team is amazing and you'll definitely get the best service out there.

In December 2023, I took my car in to get repaired after a fender bender left my drivers side door, fender, front rim, and front bumper damaged. I was greeted with great customer service and was assured that my car would be taken care of promptly. Within one (1) business day, European Coachworks was in contact with my insurance company to schedule the estimate in order to get started on repairs. The body shops representative kept me updated via text message and phone calls every step of the way, which was a pleasant surprise. My car was repaired timely and looks good as new. The shops commitment to go above and beyond to please their customer was evident and greatly appreciated. I will continue to go to European Coachworks for all my car repair needs and urge everyone to do the same if you want to be treated with first class service.

If youre looking for the gold standard in Collision repairs, look no further and San Marcos is lucky to have a shop that is Factory certified. A friend told me about this new shop as I needed some repairs done on my BMW. The color is a frost and have been told by many shops that its not an easy color to match which kept me from moving forward in getting it done. After a close friend told me to see Juan I stopped by and man does this owner know his stuff!!! Not only was the shop BMW certified but the knowledge behind the repairs was mind blowing, everything to factory spec and even color matching the frost paint was not a problem. Mind you many shops prior stated they couldnt do it and Juan said its not a problem and guaranteed I would never know its been repaired after they are done with it (Now thats rare). His facility speaks for itself, very organized and clean (Again this is a body shop) with all specialized equipment and an impressive paint booth that is state of the art. Its a very impressive shop and scheduled my repair with them knowing I am in good hands!!! Thank you Juan for the peace of mind and tour of your amazing shop, you will be my go to moving forward for any repair needs!!!
