God help you if youre a walk in for tsa pre check- the employee was extremely rude and avoided communicating anything regarding wait times.

The best part of this visit to Staples was the gentleman who insisted the sales clerk refilled the paper in the copier I was using before she assisted him. Thanks man!

This is the only store where you can get a TSA Pre Check done in the county. The next nearest location is in Bakersfield. I made an appointment online, printed the confirmation form and brought the documents requested. I arrived 10 minutes early and was asked to have a seat, someone would be able to assist me in a few minutes. The man then asked me what documents I had brought and I responded with my drivers license and BC as noted on the form. He then tells me they cannot assist me, as their scanner is broken. I asked why they didnt call me to cancel this appointment and he had no answer other than to tell me I should have called before I left home to verify it could be completed. I explained to him that I had driven 35 minutes from Paso Robles for an APPOINTMENT (I was not a walk in), but he was not concerned about my inconvenience nor offered any apology. I then tried to call to speak with the store manager, but this store evidently is not able to answer phone calls at this time. Total waste of time and expensive gasoline. Horrible staffing at this location!
