Janelle was great to work with! I'm new to the area and she gave her opinion on all the areas I was considering. Once I narrowed it down to an area, and then made an offer, she was incredibly helpful with the negotiations and due diligence. There were several issues that came up and she helped navigate all of it and we were still able to close on time. I would definitely recommend her and will work with her again on future purchases.

I helped my elderly mother to work with Janelle to sell a property with Janelle as the only local party to where the property was located. Janelle made herself available to answer all of our questions on around our time zone and conflicting schedules. She also did due diligence in researching the zoning for the property which resulted in a higher price we received on the sale. She was professional and friendly and made the process easy despite the challenges going into the transaction!

Janelle came recommended to us by another happy customer, so we took a chance on her. Boy are we glad we did! We have bought and sold many homes over the years and dealt with many different realtors. Janelle is on the very top of our list of great ones! She moves quickly, is extremely efficient, friendly and fun while being professional at the same time. Rarely did more than a few minutes pass waiting for a return call or text. We ran into a couple of glitches along the way which Janelle handled quickly and efficiently to our amazement! She is also very talented (and patient) when it comes to explaining and re-explaining certain terms, laws and policies that we know nothing about. Janelle was also helpful in helping us choose our buyer. Next time we are selling property, Janelle will definitely be the FIRST person we call!
