This facility was taken over from the state and privatized. So maybe those reviews are from the old owners but my experience with them has been nothing but top notch. The support staff is communicative and friendly, but also cautious and realistic, which is necessary when dealing with complicated situations like they do daily. My family member who went here was very resistant to treatment and the staff still treated them very well. Didnt force services or anything. They clearly care about the people they serve and for that I am appreciative. They are operating in a state and country that provides minimal (at best) mental health supportto me, theyre doing the best they can given the circumstances. I hope our country addresses this mental health epidemic by investing in facilities like this. Big shoutout to Jorge and Carl for their compassion and support!
